Information we collect

Order details: your name, email address, shipping address and the items you buy.
Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you choose "Sign in with Google": your name, email address and profile photo from Google, and the delivery address you save or use at checkout, so it can be filled in next time.
Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) that keeps the store fast and secure.

To process, ship and track your order, and to show its status on the Track Order page.
To answer your questions and handle returns.
To detect fraud and keep the store and your account safe.

Order and sales records are kept for three months. At the start of each new month, records older than that are deleted automatically.
Your account and saved address are kept until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time from the My account page.

Only the services needed to complete your order: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
We never sell or rent your personal information.

We use only the storage needed to remember your shopping bag and checkout details on your own device, keep you signed in (a secure sign-in cookie), and keep the site working. We don't use advertising trackers.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
You can clear the shopping bag and saved checkout details at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
